1. The service
Revive provides software that helps Clinics segment their patient lists, generate AI-assisted email content, send email from the Clinic's own domain, and track engagement and revenue. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the Clinic you register.
3. Acceptable use
- You may only email patients for whom you have lawful marketing consent.
- You may not upload data you are not authorized to process, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful messaging.
- You are responsible for the medical and legal accuracy of any claims in your communications.
- Unlimited-feeling features are subject to fair use; automated abuse of sending or generation systems may be limited.
4. Plans, limits and billing
Each plan includes stated patient and monthly email limits. Archived patients count toward the patient limit for 30 days from archiving. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period except where required by law.
5. AI-generated content
AI drafts are provided as suggestions for your review. You approve campaigns before sending and remain responsible for the final content delivered to your patients.
6. Intellectual property
Revive owns the platform, templates and software. You own your data and the campaigns you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may request export of your data within 30 days.
